The challenge of being healthy in winter 🥶 ❄️☃️❤️

The coldest season of the year brings many doubts about how to maintain the health of families.


Here I leave you some integrative tips with a lot of love ❤️🧡💛💚💙:


  1. ⛔️Avoid going to poorly ventilated and crowded places 👯♀️👯👯♂️👯 ( Ex. Shopping, malls, theaters, cinemas. Better to leave this for when the circulation of typical winter respiratory viruses decreases a little (spring - summer).

  2. ✅Prefer warm-hot foods and drinks that keep our "Agni", digestive fire 🔥 high to cope with low temperatures.

  3. ✅Eat more citrics ! 🍊🍋🍋🍊 for its high contribution of vitamin C, that strengthens the immune system.

  4. ✅A little tea ☕️ of warm water with lemon slices is excellent as a routine to wake up in the morning. 🍋🌞

  5. ✅Respect the hours of sleep, rest more if the body asks for it.

  6. ✅Supplement Vitamin D, since sun exposure decreases or is zero. 🥶

  7. ✳️Encourage children over 6 months to consume ginger, somewhat spicy spices, fruits and vegetables.

  8. ✳️Always have honey 🍯 in the kitchen! (only over 1 and a half years old). A teaspoon of fresh honey decongests, reduces inflammation and calms pain in the pharynx.

  9. ⚠️Take care of what is consumed through the eyes and ears! Avoid bad news that keeps us scared and fearful. It is better to go out and enjoy winter nature consciously warm 🥶🙌🏻☃️. Let's have fun!! 🏔️🌈💥💫

  10. ✅Move! Continue doing yoga, walks, jogging, dancing, bike rides, despite the low temperatures, movement is life and brings us happiness.❤️

  11. ✅Complete calendar vaccines!

  12. ⛔️Avoid sweets, soda, sugary juices and fried foods, foods that DO NOT nourish our body.
